15 Ways to Feel Like a Real-Life Superwoman

You are a superwoman, capable of amazing feats involving skill, talent, and sheer willpower.

Now, it’s time to feel like a real-life Superwoman.  Like all great superheroes, you still need to know your limits and recharge your energy supplies.  In the meantime, keep making the world a better place by doing the following:

  1. Use sisterhood strategies.
    You are not alone.  Sisterhood could be your secret weapon.
  2. Get your spirit right.
    Using your spiritual power makes you much more effective than using just your mind and body.

    1. Stay physically healthy. 
      Eat well, keep your body moving and rest to optimize health.
  3. Don’t neglect your mental and emotional health. 
    Talk to your sisters, counselors, and mentors who support your goals and ambitions.
  4. Meditate and focus on one task at a time.
    Do your best with the task at hand before moving on to the next.
  5. Build up your courage every day.
    Use an affirmation mantra such as “I have the courage to open my eyes and do what is necessary for my highest good and for those around me.”
  6. Ignore the haters and naysayers. 
    Stay true to your divine mission and purpose.
  7. Weed out the negativity. 
    Negative people, places, and things are draining and you will do better without them.
  8. Make yourself a priority.
    Superwomen know that self-care and happiness matter.
  9. Beat fear down with a large stick. 
    Fear kills dreams and progress.  Conquer it and your superpowers will grow.
  10. Embrace change. 
    Change often helps us and when you adapt, you becoming even more super.
  11. Count your blessings. 
    Express thanks and gratitude for all that you have and your endless future possibilities.
  12. Learn to relax. 
    Running 100% all the time is not healthy.
  13. Educate yourself. 
    Be open to all kinds of knowledge which will make you wise.
  14. Love yourself. 
    You will be surprised how super you feel when you accept and love yourself unconditionally.
  15. Heal from traumatic experiences.
    Recognize trauma and confront it so that you can have quality in your life.
