Founder and President

Angela D. Coleman is an award-winning holistic health specialist, creator, and author who has written over twenty books. Angela grew up in Newark, New Jersey, and graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts (AB) in Psychology and a minor in African American Studies. Ayana is a graduate of LIM College in New York City with a major in fashion merchandising. Her interests include performing arts, traveling, food, and exploring cultural connections with other sisters. She has held many leadership positions, including Class President, and has vast mentoring experience.

Monjia Belizaire, MRED, LEEP AP

Special Advisor

As an architectural engineer and LEED Accredited Professional, Monjia holds Bachelor of Architectural Engineering and Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degrees from Penn State University and George Mason University. She helps designers, architects, builders, and operators to identify key sustainable building goals. Monjia also mentors and volunteers with environmental conservation projects.

Jaden is a freshman student-athlete who attends high school for auto-mechanics and auto-engineering. His interest includes basketball, football, photography, fashion, mechanics, food, drawing, and animals, especially dogs.

Yolanda is a health professional and lifelong resident of Maryland. A graduate of Baltimore City Community College and York College with an A.S. in liberal arts, Yolanda has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 25 years. She has also been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 20 years. Yolanda is the owner of Peaceful Spirits.

Before college, Ashley studied cosmetology and went to medical school. She plans to start her own clothing line and style celebrities for different events and award shows. A native St. Johnian born and raised on the island of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, Vincent Powell has over four decades of building experience. For over sixteen years, Vincent worked for the Virgin Islands Environmental Resource Station (VIERS), an eco-camp nestled in the tropical forest on the south shore of St. John.

With over 10 years in both public and private sectors, Semone holds a Bachelor’s degree in social work from The University of the Virgin Islands in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, and a Master's in Social Work from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Semone enjoys playing the piano, going to the beach, and taking walks in nature. She is also a leader in her local church in the music ministry department and has a passion for helping people.

Blanche A. Williams, author of the Sisterhood of Greatness Manifesto, is a former National XM Radio Talk Show Host, founder/moderator of the National Black Women's Town Hall Meetings, and President of Greatness By Design, LLC, a training and leadership development company. Her life's work includes being an advocate and contributor towards the empowerment and education of women and girls.

Erin Lee Wright was born in New York City and spent her late childhood in Atlanta Georgia. Her top interest at the moment are art, journalism, and women’s health. Journalism plays a major role in her life. She uses her experiences as lessons and writes them down for future references and advice. Art gives her the power to express herself visually. She hopes to not only become a motivational writer but also a gynecologist due to her interest in female anatomy and health.
