A dedicated mother, wife, and member of her church, Ms. Coleman recently retired from a career spanning over 30 years employed as an account executive with Johnson Publishing Company, Fashion Fair Cosmetics. In this position, she was responsible for managing accounts from Delaware to Connecticut, including her largest store in Macy’s Herald Square in New York City and store locations in Bermuda. Ms. Coleman-Wike provides wisdom regarding growth and expansion is is an excellent saleswoman, selling t-shirts to raise money for the organization’s mission.
Ayana is a first-year student at LIM College in New York City. Her interests include performing arts, traveling, eating different foods, and exploring cultural connections with other sisters. She has held many leadership positions and has vast mentoring experience.

As an architectural engineer and LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Monjia holds Bachelor of Architectural Engineering and Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degrees from Penn State University and George Mason University. Monjia used her knowledge, tools and resources to identify key sustainable building goals for designers, architects, builders, and operators. Monjia also serves as a mentor and supports community service abroad by volunteering her time to sustainable development projects and promoting environmental conservation.
