  2. Only say yes to activities that bring you joy.  Joy is positive energy.  Happiness is like sunshine.  It is revitalizing and powerful.
  3. Stretch whole foods and carbohydrates that you eat out throughout your whole day.  Food is energy for life.   Choose your fuel wisely, eat consistently, and avoid skipping meals. Avoid quick energy boosts like sugar and energy drinks. Quality foods give you quality energy.
  4. Embrace love.  Being in love is an energy high like no other but you do not have to be madly in love to still actively incorporate loving energy into your life.  Giving and receiving love from your family, friends, pets, and lovers will help a lot!
  5. Get clean and sleep well each night.  Wash off the stress of the day before you go to bed with a shower or bath.  Your night’s sleep is your reset so that you can start the next day with maximum energy.  Starting your next day fresh is important.  In these early-day moments, your energy should be at 100%.
