Writing in your journal is one of the best and easiest ways to relieve stress and work out any issues or challenges you may face in your life. Life can be crazy-write in your journals so that you can retain your sanity.
I have different journals for different times in my life and separate journals for different purposes.
I like all of them because they all represent me, who I am, and where I am at any given point in my life.
I especially like this one that Sisterhood Agenda is offering because it is more of a women’s empowerment journal than any other that I have seen or used.
“I love myself today and every day.”
I created this affirmation several years ago to use as part of Sisterhood Agenda’s A Journey Toward Womanhood program. Yet, its powerful words are just as applicable for me today as an adult woman as it was for teenage girls decades ago.
