Sisterhood Agenda is the fiscal sponsor for the St. John Youth Coalition* and has been instrumental in its founding and operations since it began in 2013. The St. John Youth Coalition is a group of over 20 youth-serving agencies on the island of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, home to Sisterhood Agenda’s SEA headquarters.
The mission of the St. John Youth Coalition is to empower youth on St. John to be safe, healthy and successful leaders.
Sisterhood Agenda is part of the national Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grant (SPF SIG) program, funded by the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) under the Virgin Islands Department of Health. The coalition is the result of local efforts to gather data and create effective prevention strategies for youth.
