Angela D. Coleman utilizes a teaching philosophy that has guided her sisterhood movement since 1994.
Angela D. Coleman’s teaching philosophy is all-inclusive.
Angela believes that we are all teachers, naturally. Furthermore, Angela D. Coleman has a teaching philosophy that includes the following beliefs:
Education empowers people, groups, and communities.
When combined with meaningful connections, education can create movements where students become agents of positive social change, abundance, and prosperity and the status quo is enhanced.
Teachers and students take turns learning from each other.
There are shifting dynamics where teachers become mentors, students become teachers, students become mentors, teachers are mentored, and teachers become students again. Conscientious fluidity and open-mindedness aid these shifting realities.
There are ideal conditions for teaching and learning.
Angela D. Coleman’s teacher philosophy includes the concept that learning is amplified when these conditions are met:
- Teaching is consistent
- Students are met where they are
- Teaching methods are multi-media and interactive
- Lessons are fun and engaging
- Lessons contain case studies and other real-world examples
- The learning environment promotes positive energy and connection
- There is unification regarding goals and benchmarks for success
