Essential oils can be added into an Epsom salt bath. The oils pair nicely and can intensify the relaxation of the soak. The oils can also be beneficial to the skin in this way because, in a hot bath, the body’s natural oils are removed. In addition, essential oils can also be diffused.
Diffusing oils allow you to benefit from the oils still as well your home or office will also to benefit from them. I usually always have my diffuser on while I’m home. I typically change out the oils every day depending on my mood. There are 8 staple essential oils everyone should have:

If I am feeling under the weather, I mix eucalyptus, rosemary, and peppermint together-I have noticed this combination makes a huge difference if I am suffering from congestion.
