Hi, sisters! Are sneakers your thing? I have a confession to make.

It was just recently when I discovered that you can wear sneakers with dresses and skirts. I thought you can only wear them with jeans or pants!

Now, I realize that it looks edgy and sophisticated when you wear them with skirts.  Plus, who doesn’t love sneakers?

They’re the best ally for your feet, especially on long walks and shopping sprees!

So, if you love wearing dresses and you have sneakers at home, here are fun and fashionable ways to wear them together.

1. Wear all-white coordinates 

This classy ensemble can be worn from day to night, just throw in a jacket. If you don’t like bold colors, this is the safest choice. White is an all-time classic, always classy, and never out of style.

2. Denim Skirts short or long can be paired with sneakers.

Light up your look with an ensemble of denim skirts and sneakers that are both comfy and fashionable.

3.  If you’re in love with florals and you’re in the mood to look feminine, you can definitely wear them with your favorite sneakers!

4. Would you believe that you can pair your favorite sneakers with a leather skirt, too?

For that futuristic edgy look… The possibilities are endless!

This honestly reminds me of the 90’s trend when the Spice Girls, specifically Posh Spice, also known as Victoria Beckham, used to wear leather skirts with either black stilettos or platform wedge sneakers.

5. Sneakers with business casual attire is on-trend, too!

When you need to be in a business meeting in a more informal setting, this is a great look.

Maybe you want people to take you seriously but you still want to be comfortable all day long. This should be your choice.

Who says a boss lady only wears heels?!

6.  Feel like a rock and roll princess with a tulle skirt!

Who says tulle skirts can only be worn on cocktail nights and evening affairs? You can wear them with sneakers.

I’ve always loved organzas and tulle skirts.  They remind me of the times when I was choosing fabric for my wedding gown and when I was doing ballet at age five.

So, wearing something like this on a casual day puts a smile on my face.  I hope it does for you, too!

There’s also something magical with these unique fabrics.  It’s like you’re like walking on air and magic happens when you move and the wind touches them. Same thing with electric pleats!

7. They work with knit dresses

If it’s about to get cold or you are preparing for the holidays, there’s nothing more Christmas-y than knit fabric.

Style it with a leather jacket and sneakers for a badass look!

8.) Don’t forget wrap dresses with minimalistic prints

If you’re a busy Mom like me and you’re pretty lazy when it comes to mixing and matching, plain and printed dresses would be your thing!

Just pair them with a neutral colored bag and white sneakers and you’ll be ready to conquer the day in style.

Whether it’s for playdates, wine nights with your besties, or a date night with your significant other, it looks great.
