Karasi, an African word meaning life and wisdom, is a social movement dedicated to empowering young women of color. In the words of its founder:
“Karasi encourages queens of all ages to open themselves to self-love, growth and community, which helps us to connect with who we truly are. When we are in tune with ourselves, we are more in tune with the world around us and become vessels for knowledge, growth and the empowerment of others.”
