It’s okay to ask the question: Do men spoil the party? Let’s face it, sometimes the dynamics shift when men and women share the same spaces. But here’s the real question:
Do women truly benefit from consistently coed spaces all the time?
The truth is, there’s something magical about women having their own spaces—places where the energy feels lighter, the conversation flows freely, and you can drop the need to explain or adjust for male company. These spaces can be empowering, affirming, and downright fun.
Think of it like this: a coed party can be great, but every now and then, doesn’t it feel good to have a girls’ night? No filters, no compromises, just pure connection and solidarity. It’s not about excluding men—it’s about including the unique perspectives and joys of women in a space designed just for them.
So, maybe the question isn’t whether men spoil the party but whether women deserve a party of their own every now and then. Spoiler alert: the answer is a resounding yes!
Here’s a tale to consider:
When the Amazon tribe found a baby boy, they thought it would ruin their all-women island community. The plan was to destroy the boy. Yet, Dessa could not do it and destroyed herself instead. She gave the boy to Diana aka Wonder Woman. Is this right?
Sometimes, we need all-women spaces to bond and be ourselves. This is natural and perfectly normal.

Men often need this, too. Rather than being anti-men, sisterhood spaces are pro-women. Fortunately, we do not have to destroy men in the process of bonding, healing, and sharing among ourselves.
What does your sacred sister space look like?
